We will check whether the Tutor and the Learner have previously confirmed their attendance at the lesson. We may also refer to the communications between the Learner and Tutor that have been recorded and stored on the Easylore Platform.
At the end of each lesson, the Tutor must confirm his/her attendance at the lesson. It is important for Tutors to confirm their attendance at lessons as this may affect payments to the Tutors.
